Prices quoted include p&p for to delivery to UK mainland

For delivery to non UK mainland, please contact us for delivery charges to your location.

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 workings days (subject to stock availability).
 

Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase please return it within 30 days with your receipt for a refund (excluding postage & packing)
or an exchange item. We will aim to process refunds within 10 days of receiving
the returned product.

Product variations
All of our products are hand-crafted slight variations in texture, form and colour may occur. This must be seen as part of the character of a handmade product and not viewed as a fault.

Our policy at Undergrowby Pottery is to respect the privacy of our customers at all times. Your address, e-mail address, telephone number and other personal details will not be made available by us for use by any third party. We will only use this information ourselves to contact you on matters relating to your orders, or if we have future offers which may be of interest to you. We take our responsibility for the security of your details seriously. If at any time you wish to have your details removed from our database, we would be happy to do so.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
